Location: Gdansk

Key Responsibilities:

T&E Team Accounting (Basic ones): Perform accounting tasks in accordance with Hempel’s rules and procedures, including auditing, cost allocation, calculation, and posting of travel expenses.
Expense Auditing: Audit travel expenses using the Concur Platform and Detect application to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Expense Approvals Follow-Up: Assist in the follow-up of expense approvals and support employees in clarifying any discrepancies.
Business Travel Settlements: Provide support to employees in making business travel settlements, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Month-End Accrual Posting: Assist in the posting of accruals during the month-end closure process.
Data Analysis: Conduct basic data analysis using Excel to support team activities and decision-making.
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports as required to meet team and management needs.
Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as requested by team members or the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Student (optimally in 4th/5th year) who wants to start/continue career in accountancy
You are available at least 25 hours per week
Communicative English and Polish
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Ability to multi-task
Proactive approach
Good PC user
Willingness to learn

Employment for period of min.3 months to max. 1 year as for a start
Salary for the internship and possibility of employment afterwards
Flexible working hours, we are working from Monday to Friday
Hybrid working model with opportunity to work from home, and from office in Gdansk, Poland
