Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Agile Delivery Lead who is ready to join an international team.

Our requirements

Extensive experience working with Project Management / Delivery Management
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Experience in managing highly complex projects to grant their delivery on time
Highly developed communication, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and coaching skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Strong leadership skills
Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion
Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken

Your future role

Support to the teams to help fixing delivery impediments
Monitors the efficiency
Prepares and facilitates events & ceremonies
Ensures that the scope and the solution are cleared for the teams before starting the delivery
Works in close collaboration with teams
