WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Data Management, Business English will be treated as an asset
- Preferred at least 2 years of experience in the international company
- Solid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data (SAP S/4HANA) importance and potential implications is a must
- Experience in financial projects and strong knowledge of Authorized Signatory Matrix (ASM), cost objects (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Centers, WBS) is essential
- Experience with exchange rates entries
- Person with an analytical mind, strong attention to details and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- An action-oriented, fast learning problem solver and enthusiastic team player with can-do mentality, able to work with multitasking under time pressure - efficient time management skill is a must
- Salesforce and Winshuttle experience are essential
- A candidate with fluent English (oral and written), certification is a plus

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Acting as first point of escalation for project teams with regards to the queries and activities over the master data process.
- Proactively analyze and find ways to improve data quality
- Collaborate with different groups of people at all levels among PMI Company including business and management
- Support the development of finance master data management processes, the adoption of global processes, and the implementation of tools globally
- Maintain finance master data for respective PMI affiliates in accurate, complete and timely manner to ensure proper bookkeeping
- Maintain Authorized Signatory Matrix tool dedicated for workflow approval process among PMI Affiliates
- Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review opportunities and/or challenges
- Actively participate in road-maps, projects and initiatives impacting finance master data
