Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the operational processes involved in warehouse stock reporting, material code creation, product budget management, purchase order creation, and budget control for various product categories across Turkey. This position is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of stock data, budget allocations, and expense tracking within the SNX and BEV categories.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the operational processes involved in warehouse stock reporting, product budget management and purchase order creation
Creation of material codes
Management of end-to-end process flow of purchase order creation
Management of the OP Budget, Product Budget, etc.
Manage repository of merchandising plans and tools of trade (racks, displays and diverse materials)
Evaluate and report trade promotions, event performance and customer business analysis
Coordination with the main sales supports departments (trade marketing, sales field, GTM)

Qualifications:

University degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Finance)
Proficiency in English and Turkish is mandatory
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or budget control in an FMCG environment is preferred
Knowledge of the My Buy System or similar procurement systems is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Turkish
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is an advantage
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
