Job Title: B2B Sales Agent for Poland, Czech, Hungary and Romania
Location: Remotely
About Us
We are an engineering firm specialising in automation, robotics, and factory design for the industrial sector, mainly focused on the food industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic sales agent to cover the Central European region, with a strong focus on generating new clients through cold calling. If you have experience in B2B sales and are ready for a new challenge in the industrial engineering sector, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new B2B clients in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary.
- Manage business relationships through phone calls, emails, and Linked In outreach.
- Prepare and present project proposals for automation, robotics, and factory design for the food sector.
- Utilise CRM systems to manage client follow-ups and business opportunities.
- Organise and lead client meetings, delivering high-level presentations.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute regional growth strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech or Hungarian is a plus.
- Ability to manage CRM systems and effectively follow up with clients.
- Experience preparing presentations and conducting client meetings.
- Strong negotiation skills focused on achieving results.
- Highly proactive and dynamic attitude.
- Results-driven, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, organising and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and industrial solutions.
- B2B Contract (5000 netto + Commissions)
- Work remotely
