Your Mission:
  • Be the Mastermind: Create and execute marketing plans that make our fans crave more Kit Kat moments. Your ideas will help to shape the future of an iconic brand.
  • Communication Wizard: Craft strategies that speak to our fans in a way that’s as irresistible as our chocolate. You’ll have the budget and creative freedom to make it happen.
  • Lead Projects: Juggle local and regional projects and campaigns like a pro (bonus points if you can do it while eating a Kit Kat).
  • Budget Boss: Manage one of the biggest marketing budgets in the business – use it wisely and efficiently to drive real results.
  • Market Ninja: Analyze market trends and spot opportunities faster than you can say, “Have a break, have a Kit Kat.”
  • Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with sales, finance, and our creative partners to keep Kit Kat on top and ensure every move we make is a game-changer.


What You Need to Bring:
  • 3+ years of brand management experience.
  • Savvy with media and product portfolios.
  • Analytical superpowers and a “get things done” mindset.
  • Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and a sprinkle of creativity (just like a Kit Kat).
