We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic person to work in the headquarters of Part Truck Load department in Raben Group. What awaits you here? You will be responsible for haulier and fleet management. Additionaly, you will care about sustainability in transport operations.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

Definition and implementation of the strategy for cooperation with carriers within the part truck load area in Raben Group
Developing high standards of cooperation in haulier management
Acquiring haulier from the market and taking care of good relations with them as part of the cooperation
Effective management of contacts with haulier (building long – term relationship, maintaining and actively building a haulier base, ongoing contact with them)
Create solutions in the area of haulier relationship management
Leading haulier procurement projects and active participation in sustainability projects in transport operations
Performing a representative function in relation to the market in accordance with the company's values.

Nasze wymagania:

Professional experience in working in a similar position in a transport and logistics company
Good knowledge of the specifics of cooperation with hauliers(international transport area)
Experience in creating strategies for cooperation with hauliers will be a great advantage
Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
Analytical competencies enabling the analysis of data and business processes and proposing optimization solutions for them
Good cooperation skills with people from other departments, high-level communication, goal-oriented and proactive attitude to emerging obstacles, flexibility and determination in action.
