About the position
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a growth mindset and strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills to join our dynamic team and enhance our e-commerce performance.
The ideal candidate should have a natural passion for continuously improving the e-commerce experience, exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills, excellent data interpretation abilities, and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- E-Com Owner: You will be the key person responsible for planning our e-commerce strategy, smartly prioritizing e-com projects based on potential business impact. You will lead team meetings sharing e-com results, roadmap, and best practices.
- Analytics: We expect from you strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on website performance. Being able to build clear conclusions, find the root cause and suggest optimization strategy.
- CRO – Test, Learn, Test: You lead and drive continuous testing initiatives for existing website pages and funnel. Managing CRO agency and internal development resources, – while also being hands-on and unafraid to tackle manual tasks yourself.
- E-com Projects Management: You collaborate with the development lead, product, marketing and content teams to manage the website roadmap effectively, ensuring timely delivery of e-com projects. With a team, you will be working on a new pages creation and launching new products in the shop.
- E-com Tools Optimization & Discovery: You will manage, monitor, and optimize our existing e-commerce tools for subscription management, product reviews, loyalty programs, promotional mechanics, pop-ups, and more. You are open to explore new tools and adept at evaluating their potential value.
- E-com Issues Resolution: We expect from you proactive ownership in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving [with a team] any e-commerce issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
- E-com CX Improvement: You develop a deep understanding of our customers and site visitors through data, leveraging those insights to improve ecom strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a E-commerce Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven CRO experience (we will ask to provide links to websites you optimized)
- Familiar with Shopify: managed Shopify+ accounts and its ecosystem of apps
- Strong experience with Web Analytics (Shopify, GA4, heat maps)
- Excellent written and speaking English communication skills (B2+)

- Worked in femtech, wellness, healthcare, supplements e-com
- Possess a background in UX/UI design or have a keen eye for design improvements
- Well-versed in the technical aspects of running a website, SEO, domain management
- Have experience of building Landing Pages on your own
