Business Analyst (ETRM Integration) B2B

Project:
Knowit Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to participate in the integration of the Coral ETRM system for our client. The project encompasses a full range of activities, including system customization to meet client needs, documenting business processes, and overseeing data migration. Project is planned to be executed for coming 15 months minimum. This position can be done fully remote with occasional visits to Warsaw.
Required tech stack:
- MUST HAVE: Experience with ETRM systems (such as Coral, Allegro, or similar), specifically in configuring, customizing, and integrating ETRM solutions;
- Ability to document complex business processes and develop detailed project documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), use cases, and non-functional requirements (NFRs);
- Hands-on experience in data migration projects, particularly involving the migration of energy trading data, ensuring data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Experience working with API integrations and custom interface development, including collaborating with development teams to ensure that business needs are reflected in technical implementations;
- Knowledge of energy market workflows and trading operations (e.g., intraday markets, financial/physical power trading);
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with multiple teams, including development, testing;
- Experience in training and handover to end users and internal teams, including the creation of training materials and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions;

Ability to work in an Agile/SAFe framework, ensuring timely delivery of planned quarterly milestones, and proactively coordinating deliverables;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying gaps in energy trading and risk management processes;
