Business Support Specialist, Poland

Saab Technologies Poland (STPL) is looking for a Business Support Specialist at our Warsaw office.
Your role
As Business Support Specialist at Saab Technologies Poland, you will work in an international corporate setting. In this multifunctional business support role you will support work related to several governance functions. You will report to the chief operations officer, COO.
The role is situated at Saab Technologies Poland in Warsaw. You will be supporting operations for all our facilities in Poland. Saab Technologies Poland has operations today in multiple locations: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia and others, including sites where delivery projects are performed by Saab companies, e.g., Drawsko Pomorskie.
Your main tasks will be, but not limited to:

Administrative support to governance functions i.e.:
- Support compliance management on export control, domestic trade license and on quality procedures;
- Support HR management;
- Support security including registry management;
- Support finance management
- Manage office operational and administration topics including car fleet supervision
- Logistic support at Polish marketing events
- Interface with authorities and consultants
- Participate in required training in relevant competence areas for the position
You have at least 5 years of experience on business administration work with sound knowledge of quality procedures, registry management and of general office management duties.

- be able to work well in teams, be a contributing team player, as well as have your own drive;
- ability to operate independently, able to resolve problems that require analytic reasoning and comprise of complex information in a changing environment;
- personal security clearance is necessary for this position. Valid Personal security clearance will be considered as an advantage.
- excellent communication skills in Polish and English, verbal and written;
- experience from working in a global corporate company;
- experience in using digital tools as MS Office;
- ability to build and maintain human networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization;
- demonstrated ability to manage high workload including the ability to prioritize own work and meet established timeframes;
- proper cost awareness;
- goal oriented;
- driving license;
- having a structured way of working, from planning to execution.
