As Director (Renewable Energy Transaction Poland), you will be responsible for:
- Leading Tion’s investment and business development activities in Poland to accelerate Tion’s growth ambitions
- Assuming full responsibility for structuring, negotiating and managing acquisitions throughout the entire transaction process.
- Overseeing Tion’s Polish deal pipeline in close cooperation with the management and taking responsibility for screening, identifying, and sourcing investment opportunities
- Preparing investment committee documents, as well as other investment or market specific materials and presenting in investment committee meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with development and sourcing partners and acting as primary point of contact to build a long-term business in Poland
- Driving Tion’s local strategy and expansion (e.g. take care for the Warsaw office, build up a local team in the future)
- Exchange best practices with the Directors of Germany and Spain and collaborate closely with the Munich-based investment team
- Assuming managing director position of Tion’s Polish existing and future companies

- Working remotely in Poland and/or from Tion’s Warsaw and/or Munich office
For this role, ideally, you bring:
- Significant work experience in investments within the renewables space in Poland
- Dedicated technology expertise in Solar PV or onshore wind, previous experience with BESS is considered a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to think critically, ask the right questions and dig deep
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership, and hands-on team player mentality
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- The ability to drive projects end-to end with excellent project and stakeholder management
- Existing network with local developers, key contractors, offtakers and other relevant stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish language
