We are a leading futures prop trading firm looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns. Our firm specializes in selling account challenges to aspiring traders, providing them the opportunity to trade with firm capital. This role requires both a deep understanding of Google Ads and familiarity with prop trading firms and the financial markets, particularly in futures and forex.
Job Description:
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales (or known as 'account challenges') thru Google Ads campaigns specifically targeted at traders interested in our prop firm’s account challenges. You must have a strong understanding of Google Ads and be familiar with the trading industry, as you’ll be working to optimize campaigns that engage traders with proven skills in managing risk and generating consistent profits.
You will work closely with the Head of Paid Search, who will provide guidance in optimizing campaigns to align with the firm's marketing objectives, while offering training, regular communication, and occasional meetings for ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for the firm's proprietary trading challenges.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis specifically targeting traders in the futures and forex markets.
• Write compelling ad copy that speaks directly to traders, focusing on the benefits and unique opportunities of participating in the firm’s account challenges.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions and reflect the firm's branding and value propositions.
• Stay updated on both PPC trends and developments in the futures trading industry to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
• Proactive communication and out of the box thinking is a top trait to have; anyone can learn Google Ads, but only some can logically and emotionally think thru how to optimize or scale an account.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the financial or trading sectors.
• Strong understanding of proprietary trading, futures markets, and the structure of prop firm challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to optimize campaign performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Moderate understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM to troubleshoot tracking if needed.
• Creative thought process, as you will assist in requesting creative assets or web design tweaks when needed if it affects conversion rate/creative assets in campaigns.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 400.00zł - 1,200.00zł per month
