Sales Administration Specialist with Italian
FULL TIME

Your main tasks:
-
solving customer queries as fast as possible,
-
recording queries in our CRM,
- ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP,
- sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally,
- being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
- good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken),
- very good MS Office skills,
- strong focus to details,
- strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
- good understanding of complex business processes.
