The Opportunity

As the leader of our Polish Global Competence Center (GCC) and Country Manager, this role provides an opportunity to unleash your strategic leadership and business acumen to drive the development and implementation of high-quality business strategies and plans in line with our company’s objectives. You will play a pivotal role in empowering and mentoring the team, overseeing operational activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and analyzing challenging situations to provide solutions. This position presents a unique opportunity to lead the GCC team to new heights, and build trust with key stakeholders, making a lasting impact on the organization’s success. You won’t be alone as we have driven colleagues welcoming you locally and globally. Together with Worldline’s GCC Leadership, you will develop our GCC Ecosystem, creating lasting value for the group.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with Worldline’s short-term and long-term objectives
  • Coordinate all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy, mission, and compliance
  • Implement legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain Worldline’s legality and business ethics
  • Ensure cost-efficient operations, monitor financial performance, maintain reconciliations for services provided, and oversee and coordinate financial reporting
  • Build trust relations and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Oversee office maintenance, liaise, and negotiate with vendors
  • Identify and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic mindset
  • Substantial knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to navigate in a multinational organization, especially in the Customer Service area
  • Proven track record of change management in a global organization
  • You master financial and operational management
  • Full working proficiency in English and Polish
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
