• Act as HR Operations support for LEO Pharma managers and employees regarding employment matters, including payroll and time & attendance inquiries.
• Update and maintain HR systems according to global and local processes
• Create contracts of employment, administer benefit enrollment and calculate compensation, rewards, and bonuses for employees, manage employee leaves of absence and sickness.
• Collaborate closely with the Payroll Specialist dedicated to Poland to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Serve as the expert in Polish labor law, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices align with legal requirements.
• Keep track of Polish labor law changes and ensure they are implemented.
• Handle employee personal files in compliance with Polish requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to the Polish market.
• Work closely and foster good relationships with stakeholders such as HRBP, outsourced vendors, HRIS Team, Rewards Team, Finance, and local representatives.
• Daily work with Service Now to monitor and resolve incoming queries from employees.
