We are seeking an IT Solution Expert to join our Team of IT Global Leaf and Product Development. As IT Solution Expert you will be responsible to work with global and local systems used in PMI Entities that support operation of Leaf and Develop Products. You become member of team that enabling launches of new PMI’s products. You will collaborate with Product teams mobilize and lead cross-functional internal and external teams and address the needs of multiple stakeholders.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A candidate with passion about IT technology and its application to improve business processes and deliver customer satisfaction
• 3+ Experience in support of delivery IT solutions, preferably in areas of Manufacturing, Operation or Supply Chain
• Experience with working as business analyst and/or service manager
• Consumer-centric approach and comfortable in dealing with external & internal partners at all levels with special focus to manage external vendors
• Strategic thinking, challenging status quo, problem solving, strong communication skills.
• Understanding of cloud computing architectures (e.g., AWS Services)
• Experience in working with Saa S platforms
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Practices (API driven integration, Event Driven Architectures, Mule Soft etc.)
• Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and nice to have experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
• Experience working with application-based on .NET & MSSQL

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Develop and test new software capabilities or new software solutions to address requirements, with an effective control framework that adheres to PMI and regulatory requirements
• Ensure an effective transition of solutions into operations with the appropriate resources, procedures and feedback mechanisms to understand usage.
• Promote experiments, new capabilities and learnings to other stakeholders to facilitate adoption and benefits realization.
• Contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation.
• Ensuring service levels meet customer needs
• Working with remote multi-cultural teams
• Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions
