Junior Talent Attraction Specialist (1 year contract)

As Junior Recruiter, you'll be a part of the talent and attraction team dedicated to find the right people joining EY GDS organization.


Your key responsibilities

• In this role you'll work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan.
• You'll be Hiring Manager's recruitment partner, ensuring all steps in the process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis.
• Support selected EY Service Lines/Service Functions and being responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates.
  
• Building healthy relationships with stakeholders.
  
• Participating in creating, tracking and communicating recruitment metrics.
  
• Taking care of candidates' attraction, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  

Skills and attributes for success

• 
  Talent sourcing experience in a multinational organization.
  
• Attention to details and accuracy in recruitment data management.
  
• Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills.
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

  Good spoken and written English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing channels
