We are currently seeking a dedicated Programmatic Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing campaigns across various DSP platforms, primarily DV360, as well as Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP
- Implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with a focus on driving performance and achieving client objectives.
- Collaborating closely with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) to ensure campaign success and alignment with client strategies.
- Conducting thorough monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data insights to make informed optimization decisions.
- Ensuring accuracy and reliability of campaign reporting tools
- Producing comprehensive daily campaign reports, including pacing analysis and data inputting.
- Providing valuable commentary and strategic recommendations to regional Media Activation teams to drive campaign success.
- Supporting QA work of junior team members as the team grows
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent.
- Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, Polish language knowledge, minimum at B1/B2 level.
- Resides in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.

Programmatic opportunities:
- Exploring the exciting world of digital advertising by working on various campaigns, including display, video, You Tube, Spotify, Twitch, and more. With us, you'll have the opportunity to engage in different types of campaigns within a single project.
- Having the opportunity to level up your skills with our certification programs for various DSP platforms, like DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Twitch and many others.
- Taking part in campaigns beyond the digital realm, including out-of-home (billboards), Connected TV ads (such as those currently being tested by Amazon), and even influencer collaborations. The possibilities are endless!
