Senior Controller/Finance Manager

Reorganize Managerial Data Flow: Streamline and enhance the flow of financial and operational data across the organization to support strategic decision-making.Hands-On Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other departments to implement financial best practices and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Project and Company Efficiency: Assess ongoing projects and overall company efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts, providing insights on key performance indicators and driving actionable improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring that financial plans align with organizational goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop finance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Your Skills
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a financial or controlling role within the IT sector (software development, ERP deployment). Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics environment.
Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
