YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
Team leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the After Market Service Team
Maintain control of the overall cost of the Service Department (Labor, Spare Parts, Assets, etc.).
Handle and maintain the recommended spare parts stock level according to the corporate policies defined by the Corporate Service
Represent the needs of the Service Department during meetings with the Management and other department within the organization
Technical support:
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the team and clients according to Diasorin SPA guidelines, documented in Technical Notes and Service Manuals.
Implement group operating procedures (GOPs) for service processes.
Ensure the team has the necessary tools and training to perform their tasks.
Implement the upgrade and retrofit programs according to what was agreed during the International Service Meeting and defined by the Corporate Service
Customer service and relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority or escalated service requests
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor service solutions accordingly
Quality control and improvement:
Monitor the quality of service and technical support provided by the team
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Stay updated with industry standards and technological advancements
Reporting and analysis:
Prepare regular reports on service performance, key metrics, and team productivity
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving service efficiency
YOU
Education / Specialization:
Masters Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
Possess relevant experience in medical systems, ideally with a solid working knowledge of diagnostic equipment and a minimum of 3 years of field service experience, including team leadership
Technical Competencies:
In-field technical services: Encompassing the intricate processes of installation, servicing, diagnostics, repair, calibration, and sustaining the functionality of medical laboratory instrumentation
Proficiency in electronics and scientific disciplines: Knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of electronics, medical terminology, chemistry, and physics principles, integral to the adept handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated medical devices
Expertise in immunology and immunoassay technologies: An understanding of foundational immunology and immunoassay technologies, enabling precise interpretation, meticulous troubleshooting, and the maintenance of advanced diagnostic equipment
Technical project management: Competence in managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and oversight, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Seasoned expertise in utilizing Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel Bottom of Form
Skills:
Leadership and ownership in managing all aspects of the coordinating role: decision-making capability.
Effective communication: Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably to team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Problem-solving and critical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively while thinking critically to anticipate and mitigate potential problems.
Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence is required to understand and respond to team members' and clients' needs and concerns, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Time management and organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Adaptability and flexibility: Adapting to changing circumstances and quickly adjusting plans and strategies to meet new challenges and opportunities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
Languages:
Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
Travel availability:
Within the country and outside (for training purposes)
