Description of the position:
In the role as a Test Automation Lead, you will be mainly responsible for test automation for mobile applications. You will be leading ~8 people testing team that is part of bigger (100+) team which is responsible for the whole lifecycle of mobile banking application. Candidate should have a deep knowledge of i OS and Android so he/she can fully participate in all testing activities. Besides this the candidate should understand the app context and propose improvements that lead to a higher test quality.

Description of the cluster:
For our Branch in Lodz we are looking for candidate to cluster Digital Banking Solution (DBS).
IIn the Digital Banking Cluster, we have teams focused on mobile applications which work fully agile. These teams are fully responsible for the mobile banking app experience, which consists of concepts, UX/UI, frontend app development for i OS and Android and all testing activities.

What you will be doing?
- Acting as a technical supervisor for all test automation activities
- Defining, planning, developing tests and coordinating their execution
- Reviewing technical designs and documentation for test definition purpose
- Coordination of test activities with relevant stakeholders (other scrum teams)
- Reporting to the project team covering test progress and challenges
- Synchronizing with developers, business representatives regarding achieved results different from expected
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines
