Kostal Automotive Research & Development Center Poland is a new organization in Poland, located in Wroclaw. We are looking for the talents who will join the project and help us building this organization from the scratch.

The company develops and manufactures technologically advanced electronic, mechatronic modules and connector systems for automotive industry. The Group has 46 locations world-wide in 21 countries on four continents with head quarter in Germany and a work-force of about 17 000 people.

Job Description
Development of HMI Components for high end automtive interior applications within an europeen crossfunctional R&D team. The products include passive and active haptic interfaces, high end surfaces, sensoric applications and displays for future mobility solutions.

ISO26262 – effects on testing
Travel to customers or other locations within the Kostal Group for e.g. meetings or project work is expected. The willingness to spend longer periods at HQ in Germany for extensive training or longer-term collaboration in project teams is advantageous.

Additional Information
Required education:
Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or computer science or comparable education
Required experience:
Experience in the field of automotive development if beneficial.
Requirements with regard to foreign languages:
fluent English is mandatory, Basic German is beneficial.


Dear Candidate, the role is located in Wroclaw, Poland. No remote work possibility. The successfully hired Candidate will work from the office on a daily basis
