The role in our organization
As Trainer you will be delivering new hire training and ongoing training to our associates. The Customer Engagement Centre will build from Community Management focusing on online presales activity, Customer Engagement, Mobility Consultancy and finally Aftersales. This multilingual center will provide support in several European languages and extend to support further languages through innovative translation tools.
This role will report to the Operations Manager for Delivery, and you will be part of the dedicated training team supporting the growth of this operation.

The role in our organization
As Trainer you will be delivering new hire training and ongoing training to our associates. Key areas of responsibility
- Deliver face to face and / or virtual classroom training, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all associates receive appropriate motivation, direction and feedback to achieve the learning objectives,
- Review training programs and makes minor changes to client produced materials to equip all associates with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the business requirements,
- Provides new hire/onboarding training and ongoing training and coaching to associates,
- Assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aids,
- Point of contact for all inquiries regarding training schedules,
- Operates audio visual equipment during training programs,
- Maintain active and effective communication with the Client and Team Leaders, providing insights about training gaps and innovative solutions,
- Perform the administrative tasks required in preparation for new induction training (onboarding, communication, equipment ordering),
- Maintains administrative records related to training and communicates this information to the operations leaders and stakeholders as required,
- Support the Senior Manager, Delivery with operational tasks and projects as required,
- Supervising and mentoring associates to support them in reaching the project’s targets,
- All other duties as assigned.
- Experienced trainer, preferably within a contact center or customer service environment,
- Experienced delivering new hire training, upskill training and coaching,
- A natural leader who can inspire and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Able to use clear communication skills to influence others,
- Experience delivering training in a multilingual operation.
- Affinity with or an interest in the automotive sector is highly desirable,
- Understands how to recognize and improve efficiency within Training and across the operation,
- Team player: collaborative and supportive and engaging with excellent listening, questioning and delivery skills,
- Target oriented with good business acumen,
- Creative and analytic,
- Fluent English skills on C1 level - the assessment of the English language is conducted by an external vendor.
- A full-time contract,
- We pay an attractive salary and provide a bonus scheme,
- The training will be approximately 4 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM,
