Internship- Mailroom Associate (part-time)

Duties:
  • Performing daily activities in Mailroom Department
  • Active participation in all related activities:
    • Sorting of incoming post
    • Preparation of received invoices for scanning process
    • Scanning and rescanning documents
    • Proper archiving of Client Documentation
    • Preparation and sending documents back to Client location to proper address
  • All activities to be performed within agreed timeliness and with high quality
  • Handling communication with related parties according to agreed timeline
  • Problem solving related to Mailroom Activities
  • Contact in case of scanning queries and inquiries (with Superior supervision)
  • Active Team support in case of arisen doubts, issues
  • Reporting to the Superior observed operational and IT issues
  • Maintaining Timesheet on regular basis
  • Perform any other tasks delegated by the Superior
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of English Language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
