Duties:
- Performing daily activities in Mailroom Department
-
Active participation in all related activities:
- Sorting of incoming post
- Preparation of received invoices for scanning process
- Scanning and rescanning documents
- Proper archiving of Client Documentation
- Preparation and sending documents back to Client location to proper address
- All activities to be performed within agreed timeliness and with high quality
- Handling communication with related parties according to agreed timeline
- Problem solving related to Mailroom Activities
- Contact in case of scanning queries and inquiries (with Superior supervision)
- Active Team support in case of arisen doubts, issues
- Reporting to the Superior observed operational and IT issues
- Maintaining Timesheet on regular basis
- Perform any other tasks delegated by the Superior
- Good knowledge of English Language
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
