Accounting Associate with German Language

The duties will include:
- Responding to phone/e-mail inquiries in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner following adapted procedures.
- Logging customer calls and communicating appropriate options for resolution, use an escalation contact path if necessary
- Gathering information from the caller using a CRM and other available tools and systems
- Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution
- Collaborate to departmental activities to ensure completion of the deliverables within deadlines
- Support process analysis to identify possible process improvements
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
- Participate in the implementation of internal initiatives
- Meet and comply with internal procedures and policies
- Additional task allocated by Team Leader/ Supervisor
- Professional level of German and English language (at least B2)
- Experience on similar position will be an asset
- Experience in SSC/BPO will be an asset
