The Job

• Management of internal purchase orders and procedures;
• Posting invoices and payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for;
• Managing suppliers' current accounts - analyzing balances, reconciliations, etc;
• Attend to suppliers - telephonically and via email;
• Ensuring payment deadlines are met;
• Ensuring compliance with month-end closing dates and procedures;
• Posting of provisions
• Carrying out any other tasks required by your manager and/or Supervisor.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration, Hotel or Business Management, or equivalent;
• Previous experience within the financial area (especially Accounts Payable) is valued;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in Portuguese is valued;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical ability and attention to detail;
• Ability to adapt under adversity;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Good time management.
