JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.
JCAM is currently recruiting an ADMIN to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal.
Ryanair is Europe’s favorite airline, carrying 160m p.a. on more than 3.000 daily flights from 85 bases, connecting over 225 destinations in 33 countries on a fleet of over 520 modern Boeing 737NG , Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer and Airbus A320 aircraft and will continue to expand by more than 200 aircraft by 2025.

Main tasks for this role will be:

Staff travel (Flight, Train tickets and Hotel Bookings)
Airport IDs/PCPs for staff and vehicles
Station supplies (IDs for truck + driver for deliveries)
Uniform issues and requests
Background check and Security Clearances
Database

Requirements

Accounting/Management/Finance Degree
Fluent English
Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Resilience
