The NY Exotic Trade Support is the first level of control with a strong operational risk and management approach. These Operations are controlled by a Global Team spread within the main financial hubs such as Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Lisbon. However, Primary is mainly responsible for all Exotic European Trades

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE

Minimize operational risks and fraud risks by putting in place the regular and sufficient controls inherent to its position (reporting to relevant teams when needed)
Escalate to his management, the management of the Front Office and / or permanent control the problems identified
Maintain as low as possible risk level (financial, reputational, regulatory, legal)
Make sure production flows seamlessly
Identify risk areas within the EXO ISE Trade Support processes and implement new controls where relevant
Regularly challenge control framework
Report operational risks to Risk teams and Trade Support Management
Make sure the teams applies compliance requirements and guidelines
Ensure procedures and SOPs are up to date and applied by all teams
Set up and keep up to date Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in conjunction with the Metier and the Processing Centers
Close audit recommendations within deadlines (if any)

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Financial academic background
Fluency in english
Knowledge of Financial markets, OTC Derivatives and Swap lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
At least two years of professional experience in the banking sector
Teamwork
Attention to detail
Ability to solve problems
