We are looking for AE Partner Ops / Applications Specialist profiles for a Software Development Company with a strong B2B experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review and assess incoming applications for the Android Enterprise Partner Program, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria and AE Partner Program requirements.
- Evaluate partner qualifications, including their experience in building, selling, or supporting Android products for the enterprise market.
- Differentiate between B2B and B2C use cases to determine the partner's suitability for the program.
- Approve or reject applications based on a thorough understanding of the program guidelines and partner capabilities.
- Communicate application decisions to partners, providing clear explanations and guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of application reviews in Salesforce, identify trends, build reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent application evaluation and decision-making.
- Be the subject matter expert in all aspects of the Android Enterprise Partner Program, helping partners resolve queries as they arise.
- Lead and maintain Solutions Directory efforts for accurate representation of Partner Profiles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Android Enterprise ecosystem and program requirements.
- English C1.
- 6 years of experience.
- Excellent time management skills to meet application review deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing program requirements and guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage application workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of application review processes.
- Strong understanding of the Android Enterprise ecosystem, including devices, EMM solutions, zero-touch enrollment, and mobility consulting services.
- Ability to differentiate between B2B and B2C use cases and assess their relevance to the Android Enterprise Partner Program.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate partner qualifications and application suitability.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey application decisions and provide guidance to partners.
- Experience working with Android Enterprise Partners or in a related field.
- Familiarity with Android Enterprise product requirements and technical features.
- Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions and their implementation.
- Experience in partner program management or a similar role.
- Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension).
- Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (Candidates must be in Portugal). The working model will be hybrid, with at least 3 days at the office.
