PORAMETA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Design & Management Specialist to join our growing team in Portugal. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the local construction landscape, we encourage you to apply!
What You'll Do:
Duração do contrato: 6 meses
Pagamento: 1 500,00€ - 4 500,00€ por mês

What You'll Do:
- Design Excellence: Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong command of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building materials. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications, utilizing your knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit).
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the Portuguese building codes and regulations with ease, ensuring all projects adhere to local standards and obtain necessary permits.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Local Network: Leverage your established relationships with local builders, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient project execution and secure competitive bids.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their vision and providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction process.
- Proven Experience: A successful track record in architectural design and project management, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of architectural design software and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Portuguese building codes, industry standards, and permitting procedures.
- Local Network: Established relationships with builders, contractors, and suppliers in the Portuguese construction industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Passion for Design: A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
