Aufgaben

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot’s text- based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous
• You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools
• On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence
• We have wellness programs and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them
• Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
• You’ll be working as part of a Global team with colleagues based in several countries

Qualifikation

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
• minimum B2 level in English
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
