Key Responsabilities:

Welcome guests and assure their wellbeing through their stay
Manage online reservations
Manage payments & cashier
Answer customer inquiries by email, messaging and/or telephone
Maintain and improve overall customer service
Engage with clients, creating long-term customer loyalty
Report important data

Requirements:

Tourism/ Hotel Management academic background is a plus
Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese & English (others will be a plus)
Strong communication skills
Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges
Schedule flexibility - availability to work on shifts (including night shifts)
Organization and stress management
