Key Responsabilities:
- Welcome guests and assure their wellbeing through their stay
- Manage online reservations
- Manage payments & cashier
- Answer customer inquiries by email, messaging and/or telephone
- Maintain and improve overall customer service
- Engage with clients, creating long-term customer loyalty
- Report important data
- Tourism/ Hotel Management academic background is a plus
- Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese & English (others will be a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges
- Schedule flexibility - availability to work on shifts (including night shifts)
- Organization and stress management
- Working in a market leader organization;
