We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/w/d) for modular and tiny homes (lightweight construction) up to 645 square feet. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project in Portugal, where you'll have the unique advantage of living on a stunning 1,000-acre estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of two in building a prototype house.
• Oversee the construction of up to 200 additional homes after the prototype is completed.
• Ensure smooth project management and coordination with the project manager and quality control specialist.

• Fluent English skills are required for communication within the team.
• Experience in managing construction projects, particularly with modular or lightweight builds.
