Construction Manager for Modular and Tiny Houses (Lightweight Construction) in Portugal

We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/w/d) for modular and tiny houses (lightweight construction) up to 60 square meters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project in Portugal, where you'll have the unique advantage of living on a stunning 1,000-acre estate.
What We Offer:
  • Fixed salary (negotiable based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of two in building a prototype house.
  • Oversee the construction of up to 200 additional homes after the prototype is completed.
  • Ensure smooth project management and coordination with the project manager and quality control specialist.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A passionate and detail-oriented individual who wants to commit to a long-term project.
  • Fluent English skills are required for communication within the team. German skill are also good.
  • Experience in managing construction projects, particularly with modular or lightweight builds.
  • You are welcome to bring your family, as we offer a family-friendly environment.
The Project:
Our project is the largest retreat development in Portugal, designed to create a self-sustaining healing center for people of all ages. You will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality.
