Travel Shaper, the Smart Travel App for travel enthusiasts, is seeking a Contracting & Product Manager (m/f) to support the team and contribute to the launch. Our mission is to make every trip unforgettable, by combining artificial intelligence with our human expertise to create an incomparable travel companion. You will be the architect of the success of our “one-stop shop”, which connects the best travel experiences with the right travelers through cutting-edge technology and local human expertise.
Working closely with the Project Leader, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the Trips & Passions product inventory and distribution across multiple direct and reseller channels. This position plays a key role in supporting our strategy of delivering exclusive, passion-driven travel experiences to our customers. You'll also monitor market trends, keep an eye on competitors, and ensure that we remain competitive by providing valuable feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in the Travel/Tourism industry
* Background in Tour Operations, Destination Management Companies (DMC), Travel, or Hotel environments
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in French, English, and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with Contracting & Inventory management systems
* Deep understanding of and passion for Portugal and Spain
* Strong data manipulation skills, especially with OTA platforms and reservation systems (knowledge of tailor-made products is a plus)
* An understanding of how purchasing and product design contribute to meeting annual sales targets
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Adaptable, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from mistakes
* Team-oriented, seeking collaborative solutions and win-win outcomes
* Open to new ideas and experimentation
* Maintain up-to-date supplier contracts and resolve any discrepancies
* Input destination data, contract rates, conditions, and allotments into the in-house database
* Manage and maintain internal and incoming product information (contracts, offers, supplier details)
* Conduct competitor analysis and explore potential new products in Portugal and Spain as needed
* Support relationship development with a wide range of company suppliers.
