Objectives

Opportunity of being an active driver of our journey to our ultimate goal "Produce high quality information to help Management decisions".

Responsibilities

Work in Controlling and Pricing department at Arval Portugal, contribute to ensure that the group controlling and pricing policies are followed, producing, analyzing, and reporting relevant financial and business information for management and Arval headquarters.

Your day-to-day activities

• Produce, analyze and report monthly relevant controlling information;
• Monthly Reporting of relevant KPIs;
• Analysis of existing gaps versus projections.
• Assist in the calculation of relevant information needed for the Accounting department for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing processes;
• Production of the yearly Budget and its reviews;
• Prepare reporting package for Board meetings;
• Develop studies, even if not directly linked to controlling activities, in order to better understand the business and the company.

Your profile

• Degree in Management, Controlling or Accounting;
• 3 years maximum experience (preferably in a multinational environment);
• Analytical skills, establish facts between figures and accounting schemes;
• Open, team player, curious, enthusiastic, eager to learn;
• Good knowledge in Office tools (mainly Excel);
• Fluent in English.
