Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests.
• Understand and address customer needs promptly and efficiently.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer support role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least one European language in addition to English.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency with customer support software and tools.
  
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
