What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
Guide customers through the setup and usage of m POS systems.
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients

Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices
Have proficient PC skills
Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
