· Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services (TOPFAS, INTEL FS, LOGFAS, etc.)
· Knowledge of modern education technologies (e.g. electronic whiteboards, training videos) and authoring tools

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Ensure successful delivery of LMC training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras, online, and as Mobile Training Team (MTT) events
· Develop, adapt, and update LMC training material in line with the latest version of LMC systems (NCOP, MCCIS, LC2IS, Sitaware)
· Provide effective LMC mentoring at the NCI Academy and support customers from the NATO Command Structure, NATO Force Structure, NATO member MODs, and Partner Nations
· Conduct successful testing of new software releases based on User Acceptance Tests as directed by the LMC area project managers or designated task leader
· Manage LMC course iteration delivery both in-house and as Mobile Training Team events
