• The training delivery shall be carried out at the NCI Academy Oeiras location, or at NATO and National Headquarters, with the host authority providing the training environment and access to the LOGFAS application
  
• The portfolio of LOGFAS courses covered under this agreement are the following courses (which includes the supporting Course Control Documentation, course schedules, training materials and assessments), as defined in the NCI Academy catalogue
  

• A0223 – LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination

• A0224 – LOGFAS Strategic Deployment Movement Planning

• A0225 – LOGFAS Strategic Deployment Movement Planning (Advanced)

• A0252 – LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination (Advanced)

• A0254 – LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator

• Each course delivery iteration shall include preparation and coordination, course delivery and end of training report on the course conduct, results, and recommendations for continuous improvement of the course
  
• Training Material update: LOGFAS Major Versions are deployed to the NCI Academy in January of each year. Furthermore, it is expected that a LOGFAS Minor Version Updates will be deployed to the NCI Academy in April and August of each year. The training materials for these versions shall be updated by the contractor to reflect changes in the LOGFAS system remotely to support optimal training on the courses
  

• A0223, A0224, A0225, A0252 and A0254 onsite at NCI Academy, Oeiras or MTT at NATO Sites or NATO Nation’s Sites where LOGFAS is deployed or planned to be deployed.
  

• Iteration preparation in accordance with SOP 07.01.10 (verifying set up of classroom, familiarisation with Academy Training Network (ATN) from remote, and check of student pre-requisites in JADL) in coordination with the Learning Coordination and Support Branch (LCSB), with Functional Services Training Section Head and with Quality Assurance (QA) in order to successfully execute the iteration delivery

• Delivery of course iteration and completion of all student assessments according to the supporting CCDs, lesson schedule, and the lesson plan

• End of course iteration Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), within 10 working days of iteration completion, in accordance with the NCI Academy Academic Operations SOP 07.01.10. The CIP is to be actioned within the Training Management System (TMS) and a verbal brief back to the training section head or their representative

• For MTT: Interview with the host training coordinator or their representative concerning the conduct of the course and a report of their assessment

• Travel to and from Oeiras or MTT location (not for Live Online courses)

• LOGFAS User Courses Training Material Update:
  

• Update of screenshots and steps of the Student Handbook to be accurate for new LOGFAS version

• Minor adjustments of steps describing existing features, if required

• Separate updates for each course

• Maintain a record of change

• LOGFAS Usage Mentoring:
  

• Under the direction of the LOGFAS Section Head, provide mentoring to LOGFAS software operators on–site at the designated military headquarter in support of training preparation, exercise or operation

• A report on the mentoring activities of the week, the added value of the support, any lessons identified and possible continuous improvement activities
  

• Course iteration onsite in Oeiras
  

• All of the learning objectives shall be covered, according to the course syllabus and schedule

• Existing review exercises, quizzes shall be used

• Individual feedback on formative assessment shall be provided to students

• An average score of at least 4 out of 5 for customer satisfaction of training (instructor) delivery

• Value added recommendations for continuous improvement of the course

• Course iteration as an MTT
  

• A pro-active approach to engage with/advise customer staff to ensure a suitable training system on-site

• The training materials shall be updated to ensure consistency with the new LOGFAS functionality (screenshots and steps)
