Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:

Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C1/C2)
Tech Background 1 to 2 years, preferably in security and system admnistration
Tech Support Experience 1 to 2 years in TI Team
Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
Nice to have:

Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.

As a Customer Service Representative , your main mission as an EXO / Identity is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently
