Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Proficiency in German and B2 English
- Experience of 1y in technical support or system administration (mandatory)
- Advice and support for corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies technical questions;
- Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and on English;
- Resolve technical issues liaising with IT administrators, IT managers and others employees of partner companies;
-Attractive salary
-3000e bonus (half in contract signature, half after 6months)
