Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:

Proficiency in German (C2) and very good English (B2 level minimum)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations, potential cancellations, and billing and payment issues.

What you will be offered:
- Salary 1100 euros gross x14
- Monthly performance bonus up to 120 euros gross
-Meal allowance card: 7,23 euros net/day
- Complete paid training by certified instructors
- Private health insurance
