Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Support the audit process by preparing documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

Requirements

• Based in Portugal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligibility for IEFP internship.
• Strong English and Portuguese oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and rigorous when executing assignments.
• Proficient in corporate productivity tools, including Excel and financial software.
• Ability to self-manage by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• A can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• International experience, either personally or professionally.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and practices in Portugal.
