- Conduct screening interviews and provide constructive feedback to support hiring decisions;
- Schedule interviews for the hiring team;
- Manage administration tasks, including offer presentation, preparing the necessary information for each step of the hiring process, updating systems, trackers and internal stakeholders;
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders (HR Business Partner, Communication and Services Delivery teams and more) to help Hiring Managers attract and hire the talents required to support our current and future business goals and strategy;
- Contribute to future-oriented talent attraction solutions while learning and further developing your skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment;
- Help build and foster an attractive employer brand as well as support diversity and inclusion initiatives and measures applicable to the recruitment process;
- Contribute to ensure an excellent candidate experience for internal and external candidates;
- Ensure that the interview process steps are compliant with functional rules and policies;
- Manage the HR onboarding process after job offer is signed by the candidate;
- Act as a main contact point for all HR admin related queries from employees;
- Check compliance with internal procedures/regulations;
- Assist payroll process and act as back-up for payroll;
- Perform general housekeeping duties in order to maintain a presentable office environment;
- Organize office supplies and update the stock register on a regular basis to replenish exhausted supplies;
- Responsible for applying safety and hygiene precautionary measures and maintains a healthy work environment;
- Assist in general office maintenance tasks.
- 2 years of working experience in human resources function, preferably in recruiting for GBS, ideally in an international environment;
- Previous experience in HR Admin area would be an advantage;
- 1 year of experience in a role Facility Management would be a plus;
- University Degree in a relevant field of activity or relevant work experience;
- Strong customer focused attitude with the ability to prioritize for the long-term benefit of the company;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
- Excellent MS-Office skills, experience with SAP e-recruiting, Success Factors and/or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Fixed salary compensation along with fixed benefits and performance bonuses.
