- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively

- Experience as IT Support / Helpdesk
- Knowledge/Experience of MS Windows
- Knowledge/Experience with active Directory
- Understanding of computer networks
- Preference for ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
