Position: Advisor Italian & English
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Sunday 8am 23pm
Probation period: 30 Days

Key Responsibilities
Maintain high satisfaction standards and consistently exceed customer expectations
when managing bookings, queries, and requests. Takes ownership and responsibility
while being resilient and able to positively influence outcomes. Resolves problems by
applying established policies, procedures, and tactics, and is also capable of thinking
outside the box when established methods are insufficient. Adaptability: Flexible and
able to adapt to constant changes with a positive mindset.
Training
The training period is fully paid by the company and included in the contract – contract
start date will correspond to your first day of training.
