We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity to work as a Italian Speaker Content Moderator in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal!
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content across platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Quality Control: Assess content for quality, relevance, and appropriateness, removing or flagging any offensive or harmful material.
- Reporting: Document and report trends in content violations, providing feedback to improve moderation processes and community guidelines.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce content policies consistently while maintaining a fair and respectful environment for all users.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues or serious violations to senior moderators or management as needed.
- Crisis Management: Respond to urgent situations involving harmful content or user behavior swiftly and effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- Tech Enthusiast: A curiosity for the latest technologies.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Empathetic Approach: Understanding customer needs is key.
