Key Qualifications:
  • Native-level fluency in Italian(written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer support (a plus but not required).
  • Must hold an EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
