Sales Representative (English & Italian) – Lisbon
Join Our Dynamic Team in Lisbon!
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our B2B outbound sales team, focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high volume of hot leads and make a real impact in our organization!
Key Responsibilities:

Engage in B2B outbound sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
Work with a high volume of hot leads to achieve a conversion rate of 15%.
Aim for 3-5 sales per day.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication.
Fluency in Italian is essential.
A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.

What We Offer:

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break).
Competitive Salary: Starting at €1,300.00 + bonuses.
Relocation Package: We support your move to Lisbon with a comprehensive relocation package.
Bonus Structure: Enjoy a bonus system with 14 payments throughout the year.
Accommodations: Assistance in finding an apartment in Lisbon.
